I completed a two week house sit at Lorna‘s home last week.. She was welcoming and took me to dinner the first night, also introduced me to a few of the neighbors. I would house sit for her again anytime.

I could go on and on about this couple, how absolutely incredible they are! Dan was the first to arrive, to an injured dog visit to the vet, needing treatment and medication every day while I was gone and he stepped up to the challenge no problem! His wife Cathy joined him in a few days and the two of them went out of their way to spoil my dog and cat and took better care of my house than I would have, going out of their way to do extra little things in looking after the place! They communicated with me regularly, sent pictures, and just did a fabulous job. They are the most incredible and wonderful people and you will be very lucky to snag them as your house sitters!!

Rob and Sandy did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs. They were very professional with their communications and we loved the fact that they sent us daily pictures/videos of our boys. Rob and Sandy also did an excellent job looking after our casita and courtyard. Everything was in order upon our return and our plants looked healthier when we got back than when we left. I cannot thank Aya and Joao enough for all the love and tender care they showered upon my cats. My elderly cat became quite ill during their stay and while I was far away in Europe. They made vet visits, gave meds and most of all love to her until my return. They are creative adventurous people, keenly interested in the people and places they visit. Aya is extremely knowledgeable in all things cat. I am extremely grateful to them and recommend them most highly.

Jonathan is a stellar guy. From the moment we met on his interview, we knew that he is an animal lover who absorbs responsibility into the fibers of his being. He asked all the right questions about our dog and home. He even took notes during our initial meeting. Jonathan has loads of experience doing home stays, and it shows. Pamela was here in Puebla, Mexico, in March and house sat for us while we traveled for 30 days this summer (2024). She was wonderful! handled internet and water issues. She watered plants on the roof and in the courtyard. She had the linens laundered. My travel schedule changed twice and she was very flexible. Pamela loves animals and they love her. She took my two dogs, Chui and Juanita (Chihuahua), to the groomers and stayed with them so they would not be stressed. She gifted them new harnesses and collars with name and phone number tags. Chui is slow to warm up but he quickly knew Pamela was a friend and loved getting pets from her. The dogs enjoyed sleeping in her bed. Only one dog walk per day was requested but she took them three times a day because they all three enjoyed their walks so much. She has a Papillon at home and is crazy about Chihuahuas. She is an intermediate Spanish speaker and has taken Spanish immersion classes. She loves Mexico and the people of Mexico. She is not a diva and likes to experience authentic even rustic Mexico. She is cultured and truly appreciates beauty in architecture, textiles, flowers, art, and people. It’s no wonder she is a favorite for house sitting. She came to me as a sitter and left as a friend. I cannot say enough about this sit! Louisa has a beautiful home that takes you in and provides a sense of beauty and peace. She is detail oriented and makes everything so clear. I really loved housesitting for Eugene and Linda! Their home is lovely with great views, a private swimming pool, and lovely garden. They have two standard poodles who are very sweet and affectionate and love to spend time with you. They are easy to walk and care for and the house is in a lovely gated community with very good security. They have a maid, pool guy, and gardeners who take care of things for you. My husband and I had such an amazing time at Justa's and Albert's beautiful home in Mahahual! It was such a special and once-in-a-lifetime experience. Right on the beach with awesome pets! We really miss Zita by the way 🙂 Can't wait to see you both again soon!
