We recently had a wonderful stay at Will's place in Cholula! He has a modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped and very secure apartment located close to all the amenities. We parked our vehicle in his secure indoor garage while there. His apartment is within walking distance of a shopping plaza as well as bus stops, several local restaurants and shops. The terrace on the roof has a great view of the volcanos. We took the combi (small bus) into Puebla to see the sites one day, walked to the great archeological site in Cholula another then drove to Atlixco and other towns other days. We also took care of Gweniviere, Will's beautiful tuxedo cat. She was a bit hesitant at first but once we gained her trust she was very friendly and easy to take car of. Will is accommodating and friendly. We would happily return to house/pet sit for him again.

Marguerite was thorough with information on care and feeding. We became quick friends and I enjoyed all our exchanges. Beni and Gaga are a joy to care for. They are so well behaved, sweet and loving. First time HSM for both parties and wow was it a HIT!. From the first meeting to the final goodbye, Ileana was wonderful. She immediately bonded with Tusa joining us for an introductory walk in the neighborhood. I had the best time looking after Lilly and Coco, they are very sweet and loving and adorable. Judy’s home is very beautiful and filled with art, the pictures don’t do it justice. Judy is very welcoming and kind and we communicated well throughout, and I would love to come here again. San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful historic city and I enjoyed exploring the Centro, it is a must see.

They walked her, groomed her, loved on her and took her along on their errands and outings. I think she barely noticed that her owners were missing! Her people, Julia and Tim, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They took us to a lovely dinner the evening before their departure where we learned about each other's travel adventures and lives before relocating to Mexico. They allowed us use of their vehicle which we used minimally because we loved Ajiic's walkability! They entrusted us with the full use of their beautifully designed and furnished home with gorgeous views of Lake Chapala. We felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel! Julia and Tim's neighbors are exceptionally friendly and we met lovely people throughout our stay. We've been fortunate to care for many pets in desirable locations over the past five years and this sit rates as one of our favorites!

There were a few minor issues that Emma and Barry handled without having to contact us so they are very independent. They also got along well with the building staff and our neighbors.
