I knew even before I left that I wouldn't have any worries about leaving 'my gang' in their care. They sent me notes and pictures of my pets nearly every day - which I very much appreciated. They even had a bed made up for my daughter, who came back with me, when we arrived home in the middle of the night. My house was spotless when I arrived. This sit was Awesome!! Sofi and Dulce are the two most adorable puppies ever! Gentle and loving, frisky and obedient, always ready to cuddle or to walk: we miss them both! And Susana and Michael are completely hospitable and always ready to help. They supplied very thorough instructions, and welcomed us as friends right from the beginning. Their home is a dream - very new, very big, super-clean (thank you, Marta) - and the pool is wonderful! Thank you so much, Susana and Michael.

We just completed a 5 week sit at Peggy’s with her lovely kitties and dogs. The house is fabulous and location wonderful. The home is quiet and clean and the host very laid back. The kitties are a breeze and the two doggies have lots of energy and are a handful but manageable for sure. You will fall in love with them quickly! We very much enjoyed this time over the holidays. I think we will be friends for years with not only the host but the 4 boys as well.

The most wonderful aspect of this pet sit was dear Dulce. She is calm, well behaved, quiet and is happy to go on a leisurely stroll out with you, especially if it involves the wonderful local café culture in San Antonio. Centro is an easy 15 minute walk. Occasional brief WhatsApp and email communications between us proved easy and straightforward, and we were all happy to be flexible to each other’s changing needs during the assignment. Duchess and Elvis are both adorable mixed breed rescue dogs. Due to her past, Duchess can be reactive. This was easily remedied by making sure the dogs were in the house while any visitors were around. We felt confident handling both dogs between us. So we enjoyed taking them out on occasional mini walks around the block or for longer, for extra smells and different energies. Johanne and Doug came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. They cared for the dogs and gave them loads of attention. I got photos while away and brief reports that all was well. I was able to enjoy my getaway time in peace, knowing my pups were safe and sound. The house was spotless and they even had dinner waiting for me on my return!

Barbara has a cozy and unique apartment filled with many antiques. It felt like I went back in time! She gave me all the information I needed to care for her plants and apartment before she left. I made sure the rent was paid on time every month. Her apartment is a great location in centro and was quiet since it's tucked away from the street. It's an older apartment with some quirks but it was an easy sit. Thanks Barbara for letting me stay and take care of it while you were away!
