We received daily pictures or videos of Ginny interacting with Emma and Barry and she was happy and relaxed. There were a few minor issues that Emma and Barry handled without having to contact us so they are very independent. They also got along well with the building staff and our neighbors. We would highly recommend them as house and pet sitters. We are very happy that our girl was well cared for and loved while we were away.

We had an amazing sit at Robert & Dino’s in Tulum. From their lush green backyard with a saltwater pool to a well-organized, loved home with 3 fur babies (all male cats), our sit was interesting and fun. One minute he is a cat that shows up to be fed, and the next he is coming to you to lead him upstairs to the roof so he can sun himself. Paco is very laid back. As long as he is fed and gets lots of sleep, he is very content. All the cats were great eaters – no finicky behaviour to worry about. Robert joked that the cats would have us ‘trained’ in no time, and he wasn’t wrong. Thank you, Robert & Dino, for the opportunity to care for your home and Enzo, Otis and Paco. It was our pleasure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Jan’s beautiful home and looking after Roxy and Sylvester. Roxy is a little love bug and will stay close to you all of the time and she really loves her walks and treats. Sylvester was aloof at first but warmed up within a few days and likes to come and go: I would happily housesit again and highly recommend.

Julie came to my casa in Lo de Marcos and looked after my three cats for a week and everything went smoothly. She is a lovely, communicative person and the cats and house were all in great shape when I got back. I would definitely have her back!

This review is long overdue! I don't believe I wrote one after Sam and Dave house and dog sat for us back in 2022. They a wonderful, resourceful couple and were extremely loving to our 2 fur babies. They sent us regular photos and updates on the dogs and our home while we were out of the country. We highly recommend them. We feel they are now our friends as well. We are very pleased to meet up with them for lunch whenever they are in the area house sitting for others. Great people!

Sepi took great care of our two kitties and house in San Miguel de Allende, for several weeks in August & September 2026. Communication was excellent. One of our cats found a way to get outside protective netting on our terrace, and Sepi wrote to ask how to handle the situation, and then made sure our cat was safe, and also repaired the netting so it wouldn't happen again, all of which was very much appreciated. Lorena house-sat for us for three weeks. It was her first housesit ever, and coincided with her recent retirement. She is from southern Texas and has relatives in Mexico, so coming to Ajijic was a treat for her. She took excellent care of our 7 y/o Lola and our home. Although she had the use of our car, she preferred to walk often. We would definitely invite her to return in the future. Helena and Jim

Jerelyn was a very gracious host. She and DePaul hosted us for dinner the night before they left and prepared breakfast for us the following morning. They even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay! The instructions for the house, the cat and their 3 chihuahuas were very thorough and clear. The house is very comfortable and well maintained. It has all the amenities including a washer and dryer. A special highlight is a terrace on the roof that overlooks the area. The house is in town in a traditional neighborhood so be prepared to hear all the sounds associated with a Mexican town. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and safe day and night. Many amenities are within walking distance including small shops, good restaurants, the boardwalk along the lake and even hot springs! We enjoyed our stay very much.
