We had a great week taking care of Lia’s kitties. Her home is spacious and comfortable, she is a delight. We also cared for a young dog who was having chemo treatments, administering her meds and monitoring her condition. We were happy to help this young pup get well and be ready for adoption. We would certainly sit for Lia again should our schedules align with hers.

We had Yvonne and Michael sit for us in Puerto Vallarta for about two weeks. They were terrific! Yvonne and Michael were great with our two cats, took good care of our yard and potted plants. They were communicative, easy to get in touch with, and gave us frequent updates (including cute cat pics!). At the end of their stay we received a report, which was nice and helpful. Originally from Alaska, Sally and Peter were housesitting on the Pacific Coast when they drove to Ajijic to take care of our house and fur baby. Lola was a little intimidated by them but once we left, she became their constant companion. They maintained the house and Lola's schedule flawlessly. And, we really enjoyed getting to know them. Barbara and George were great hosts. We got in a couple of days early to get familiar with the daily routine and in that time we had great conversations and, although we were a bit familiar with the area, they took the time to show us their favorite restaurants and other fun spots. X Barbara and George were great hosts. We got in a couple of days early to get familiar with the daily routine and in that time we had great conversations and, although we were a bit familiar with the area, they took the time to show us their favorite restaurants and other fun spots. The house itself is on a slight hill, but the views from their balconies are worth the steps. Alaska and Cessie were a delight to take care of. Cessie likes to do her own thing, although she will come around for snacks. Alaska was a sweetheart and always wanted to be near us. She did well on her walks. She does like to watch squirrels, so sometimes it took some convincing to get her to keep walking. We also fed some stray cats that hang around in front of the house. They are sweet and Alaska walks right by them without any issues. We kept in touch with Barbara and George throughout their trip. It was great to know we could reach them in case of any issues. Overall we had a great experience and we hope to keep in touch with Barbara and George.

It was great to meet Jo before leaving for my trip. She is a mature woman who took great care of my home and kitty. We had good communication throughout with her sending a few photos of Ginger for my peace of mind. She really bonded with Ginger, my cat, which was reassuring. I was especially glad that she could do 2 house-sits in a row, with me returning home, then leaving a week later. Since she was staying in San Miguel, it worked out great for both of us. Shannon has a beautiful home, in a quiet neighborhood of Ajijic, west of the main square part of town. For the week we spent in her home, we were only asked to maintain a presence in the home while Shannon was away, water the plants, pay the gardener and housekeeper and keep her home secure. Paige feels like a kindred spirit even though we've known her for such a short time! Her dog Bonita graciously let us into her space (Pippin too) and greeted us with a smiling face and full body wags every day. She's very easy to take places, loves people and tells off disrespectful pups .... except George ??. We'd definitely house sit or even pop over for tea and Bananagrams in the future!!

Megan, Chris and Pippin the travelin’ dawg were a true delight. Megan and Chris were attentive to Bonita’s every need. She had a lot of outdoor and play time with Pippin. Megan and Chris both work remotely and are outdoor lovers making them ideal for most sits. They are clean and respectful. They stripped the bed, cleaned the kitchen. Thinking about hiring them on to sit me too. Ha! I recommend them.

Jim and Linda are amazing, we had the best time visiting with them and staying at their house. Their dog Bentley is the best and he LOVES to swim. Very nice and friendly dog who we thoroughly enjoyed swimming with and taking on walks, We really loved Jim and Linda, they are great people who we now consider as good friends and we hope to see them, and Bentley again soon.

Angela has sooo many positive reviews here it almost seems unnecessary, but I will say I was extremely lucky to have such a responsible and dog-loving person care for my pets. The neighbor said Angela took better care of the dogs than I do! After several not-so-great experiences through another petsitting service, it was wonderful to have someone who liked to stay at home cooking and reading, and exploring the area on long walks as opposed to being gone day and night.
