They were able to share every needed aspect of their home, its care, any scheduled services, and especially for the care of their sweet boy Fagen. What a joy to spend time in their beautiful home, located right in the village of Ajijic, close to the lake, to the plaza, and any convenience you would need to stay comfortably. I would fully recommend any stay at Louise and Andrew's home.

Miss Lila kind of blew my mind. At her age she was actually running around w pup Melly in the yard and frolicking! She is a funny and delightful host. She allowed me to stay a few days before and after the sit for integration. It was quite generous and made for a smooth stay. As far as the star of the show, Melly, I can't say enough positive things about her. I decided She must be half cat the way she snuggles. She is all about belly rubs! The house is in a secure gated community with many kind neighbors right on the lake. My bed was quite comfy and the home is artistic with all you need for a great stay. I am already missing Melly and hope to return for a sit sometime soon.

Zina was a wonderful person to have as a pet and housesitter! There were no problems at all, and she kept us in the loop as time moved on. Our pet was very happy and well cared for. The house was in excellent condition when we returned. In addition, she is a very interesting person, with wide experience, and a very good conversationalist. Very good Spanish. We hope to see you again!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Melissa. She came early and stayed late, which was a bonus! She speaks fluent Spanish, which I don't, and that made her a hit with my property manager, my cleaning lady and my driver. And my neighbors liked her too. Dodo and Sven were wonderful! They took excellent care of my pup and my home. They are very respectful and responsible and would send me frequent updates and photos. Karen has a beautiful home just outside of Chapala and I recently stayed there to look after her cats. They were all a bit shy at first but got used to me over the 2 weeks I was there. The views from the terrace over the lake are stunning and the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Karen gave me the use of her car which was a god send as the Fracc is a fair distance from the main shopping area. There are regular buses that take you to Chapala and I managed to get one all the way to Guadal... Continue Reading

I was due to be there for a month but my stay was cut short when Karen had to return home for medical reasons, and I'm sure had I had the extra 2 weeks the cats would have warmed up to me some more. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and Karen was a very generous host.

Staying with Max, Maggie, and Negrita was a pure delight. They are very smart. They all have wonderful personalities. I took them out to the park every morning. And they got to run around and sniff. The park area is huge. There were a number of dogs that they knew and played with. And if there were some dogs in the distance that we weren't sure about their dog owners took them in One Direction and I took Max, Maggie, and Negrita in a different direction. The house and the neighbourhood is wonderful. Gracie was a great communicator. San Miguel de Allende is an amazing town. I had one of the best meals I've ever had in a small little restaurant near the center. The architecture is phenomenal. If you have a chance to look after Max, Maggie, and Negrita, don't hesitate.
