Their home is stunning, with absolutely breathtaking rooftop views that we never got tired of. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of San Miguel de Allende. Caring for their dogs, Ella and Bader, was such a joy—they were sweet, well-behaved, and full of love. It was clear how much Dena and Bob care for their animals, and we were honored to be entrusted with their care. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We felt safe, welcomed, and appreciated every day. We would happily return for another house sit with them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Dena and Bob, for everything!

Brooke and Fran are warm, generous people, who have a wonderful dog in Charlie the schnauzer. Their home is very comfortable, as is the casita downstairs. Communication was great from the first email to the follow up did-you-make-it-home-ok email. They picked me up at the airport, showed me around town - the grocery store, bank, etc - and we also had dinner at a cool spot near their house. Once we got to the house, they made me feel at home. They left me all set up for in case anything happened. Charlie is a confident, sweet, and easy dog to look after. She is a schnauzer, and does very schnauzer things out on walks: chases small (lizards) and large (coatimundis) critters, barks, and she likes a good fence fight game with neighbor dogs. LOL, I love this schnauzertude. She has a strong will, but also strives to please humans. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her. I hope we cross paths again in the future, I would absolutely sit for Brooke again and highly recommend if you are considering it.

And with the help of Casey (my heart), Lucy (my Princess), Chewey (my cuddler), and of course the HEAD OF THE ENTOURAGE, Mister (cat) it couldn’t have turned out any other way. No need for television with this crew because they are devoted to each other and a delight to watch the interactions. For those who enjoy the walking trails, there are beautiful walking trails close by, and you can easily stroll into town in about 15 minutes. Most importantly, Abby's dogs were an absolute joy to care for! They were behaved, affectionate, and made the experience even more special. The daily morning and evening walks were the perfect start and end to the day, in the month of May it did get hot which is to be expected in San Miguel De Allende. I would highly recommend this house sit to anyone and would gladly repeat it in the future!

Kathie and Diane are about as dog-focused as anyone could ask for. I think my pups were disappointed when they saw me coming. Additionally they took care of everything in my house and all was in order when I returned. You are making the right decisions when choosing them to care for your pets and home. Hope they come again sometime.

The single story house is topped off with a rooftop mirador adorned with seating, a garden of potted plants and lovely views! One short block downhill to a handy sandwich deli and the Blue Rose restaurant. A small market, and Tequilla tasting room (highly recommended) are also nearby!! We rode bus to explore the "village centro" and beyond, from the same deli corner - for 13 pesos (well under a US dollar!) Bella and Brinkley, the matched pair of fluffy white clients are easy to care for and kept us continually entertained. They love to snuggle close beside you, except for during their customary evening playtime, when your job is to toss toys for them to fetch!! I would highly recommend this housesit to anyone looking for an easy, well situated stay in West Ajijic. Susan is a friendly hostess who went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we had an enjoyable visit!

Adam is a lovely, caring, and charming gentleman. He took great care of our home and really bonded with our quirky, feral cat that doesn't take to strangers. He was attentive and communicative, letting us know what was happening and that all was well. We highly recommend Adam, and will definitely have him sit for us again.

Rianne & Gene were excellent house sitters. They took excellent care of our little dog and our house was kept impeccable. We gave them use of our car and side by side utility vehicle. They were very careful with our vehicles. We would absolutely recommend them.
