I dealt mostly with Martha, who came to take care of my 2 male ex-street cats. One has FIV and has open wounds, which are healing, but need to be monitored. Dolores took excellent care of my pup, Dolly, while I was away for more than a month. She followed Dolly’s schedule, took her for regular walks and play dates and knowing that Dolly loves people watching, even took her to watch a neighborhood soccer match. She sent regular photos and videos so I could tell Dolly was being well cared for. The apartment was tidy and all in order when I returned. Thank you, Dolores.

I've just completed a wonderful housesit for Ian and Chaly. The house is really lovely with lots of Mexican charm in a beautiful neighborhood of San Miguel de Allende. Lots of outdoor space with beautiful landscaping and a pool in the back! Lovely terrace on the 2nd floor where you have a view of the lake and can watch the beautiful sunsets. X I've just completed a wonderful housesit for Ian and Chaly. The house is really lovely with lots of Mexican charm in a beautiful neighborhood of San Miguel de Allende. Lots of outdoor space with beautiful landscaping and a pool in the back! Lovely terrace on the 2nd floor where you have a view of the lake and can watch the beautiful sunsets. There was a maid who was efficient and friendly and a gardener to help with the plant care. The neighborhood is a very friendly one with a local market and lively local restaurant with good food, and lots of great places to walk the dog. Also there is a great Sat. market in the neighborhood and sometimes on Sunday evening music and art just around the corner from the house. Ian and Chaly were charming and very responsive hosts who were always prompt to respond to questions. The housesit was truly a charming place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who considers housesitting for them. They provided everything I needed and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

Terri and Roger were a wonderful couple who house sat and cared for our 2 kitties in Patzcuaro, Michoacan. The communication was just right and there was never any concern while we were away. We truly could leave all back home in their capable hands and with local support we'd arranged for any eventuality. Michelle was a wonderful house/pet sitter for our pug Gizmo. I can't say enough about Michelle. She took great care of both our house and Gizmo. Michelle sent lots of pictures and videos and was very good about following our directions on Gizmo and his routine! He was a happy and well looked-after pug! We would so have Michelle house sit again and would have zero worries if she was watching Gizmo again!

Lara and Randy were exceptional sitters! Sophia loved Lara immediately, but she is very hesitant with men (street dog abused by men). But Randy was so patient and soon they were best friends!!! I returned home to an immaculately clean home. I would highly recommend this fabulous "team". They took Sophia out on the town and enjoyed many walks along the Malecon. I'm hoping they can return for another visit soon.

Angie did an amazing job for us, taking care of our Miniature Schnauzer, Charlie, and our home. When we returned from our two week trip, the house was in perfect condition and Charlie was a happy girl with having had two or three good walks each day as well as lots of play time. Susan, Mike and Mimi are so wonderful to know. There was much communication prior to the pet sit and I was given so much helpful info for my first visit to SMA. Their home is a beautiful, comfortable oasis and Mimi is a sweet companion once she warms up to you. Susan was very responsive to all of my communications with her. I would revisit Sudan, Mike and Mimi in a heartbeat.
