I found Danya's home to be very beautiful, neat and clean! Her cat was very easy to care for. Her home is located within a short walking distance to the main plaza. Close by are many opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and more! I would recommend highly this house sit and would do it again gladly if invited! Danya is the perfect homeowner and a very pleasant person.

SaM and David are very lovely people and were a perfect match for our two dogs. We were away for nearly 1 month and they kept us up to date with all the fun they were having (the dogs with their new carers), including pictures. When you miss your little canine family when you are apart from them, that really made us feel connected and know that they were well cared for. Belinda just finished a 3 week housesit for us and we would recommend her to anyone without reservation. The house was spotless when we returned and our plants looked healthier than they were when we left! She is a lovely person as well!

I would highly recommend Jordyn to house sit and/or pet sit at your home. First and foremost for me, is it that I don't have to be concerned about my two beloved cats while I'm traveling. X I would highly recommend Jordyn to house sit and/or pet sit at your home. First and foremost for me, is it that I don't have to be concerned about my two beloved cats while I'm traveling. It was crystal clear to me that after I met her that I hadn't worry about that. She is a responsible person who works remotely who is both conscientiousness and attentive to the needs of her own personal career as well as those of your pets and home. One of my cats can be a bit demanding to be fed in the mornings, and she handled that situation like a pro showing him who was in charge. The other likes her own space which was granted to the extend needed. She even warmed up to Jordyn some which is unusual in most circumstances. I definitely had the sense too that Jordyn lived in my home like she would in her own as a respectful, quiet, clean, and caring inhabitant. She also contacted me if she had a question which was highly appreciated. I'm hoping that she will be available to stay her during my future travels, if you haven't already booked her first!

Buddy (and Zephyr and Dea) have a lovely home in San Jose Cosala at Lake Chapala! Zephyr loves to eat and ask for cuddles. If you're not paying attention to him he'll give you a paw and ask for a pet. Dea likes her space whether inside or outside. Both are low-key and will ask to go outside and come inside (or if it's Zephyr he'll ask for *more* food). Their home is great and relaxing with a great view to the lake. Bonnie did a fabulous job as a house sitter for us. We didn’t have any pets, but we did have plants on our roof that needed tending to, as well as a tall schefflera tree in our house. Bonnie did a tremendous job as a house sitter for us. We have a high-maintenance vegetable and flower garden on our roof that needed tending to, as well as a two-story schefflera tree within our house underneath a large roof window, and surrounded by dozens of shade-loving plants. She took excellent care of everything and the plants thrived when we were gone. She kept in good communication with us while were gone. Her Spanish seems excellent. The neighborhood is about a half a mile to the town and is very quiet. Ixtlahuacan de los Membrillos is about an 1.5 hours by bus from Guadalajara and 15 minutes to Lake Chapala. Grab the bus in the main square and go find a little half-day adventure! At the end of my sit I had another one lined up just a few miles away and they graciously drove me to it. I would happily sit for Keith and Jan again if our dates match up.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Rog, Jane and their dog Butchie. We would sit for them again. Before leaving they took us to dinner, left detailed instructions and area recommendations, and were easily contacted. Butch is a sweet, amazingly healthy older terrier who required little care other than love, food and periodic walks in the community grove. They sent us photos several times while we were away, which was reassuring. It was their first trip to San Miguel de Allende, and they fit right in, making friends with our neighbors, discovering our great city and ended up staying on for a while at another house sit. Oh, and we came back to a bouquet of flowers and a lovely handwritten note. DEFINITELY will use them again, if they're available.
