Alisa and Phyllis have a nice home in Guanajuato City with their fur babies. You definitely get your exercise going up the steps in the callejón! Make sure you pack light although they help bring bags up. Alisa and Phyllis went over everything with me before they left and were available to answer any questions while away. Make sure you pack light although they help bring bags up. Alisa and Phyllis went over everything with me before they left and were available to answer any questions while away. Because Barkley and Nutmeg are older dogs there were a few accidents in the house but they were very sweet along with Mocha who lived on the terrace. Milo and Trixie the kitties were in separate parts of the house but easy to care for though Milo will always let you know when he's hungry. I took care of their rescue pigeon who was relatively easy too. Since it was winter the house was extra cold but the the heaters were a big help. They have a great view of town and the baseball stadium. Overall a nice house-stay in Guanajuato City. Thanks Alisa and Phyllis!

I was so fortunate to be invited to sit at Kathy and David's. They have a lovely home in beautiful, quiet part of the city, showed me some of their favorite spots and also their dog blue's favorite walking paths. Blue was a pleasure to look after. Bella was such a lucky dog to have David and friend, Lisa caring for her while I was away. I don't believe Bella missed me at all. Bella was walked and fed on schedule. Bella was one happy dog. Thank you, David & Lisa for being such wonderful people. I treasure your friendship.

The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops and restaurants. Olly, the cat was easy to care for. His routines are very straightforward, and he would come and sit with us and enjoy being stroked. It made for a very enjoyable Christmas and New Year. We would happily recommend this house-sitting opportunity to anyone and would gladly sit for them again in the future. It was a positive, hassle-free experience, and we are grateful to have had this opportunity .

It was necessary to have a car, as the home is in a very large gated community outside of town. This is the second time Nancy has stayed at my home to care for my three dogs. Obviously, I am very happy with her or I wouldn't have used her again but once again she exceeded my expectations. She communicates with me about my pets as needed and is very good about making sure they get their medications when necessary as well. She takes wonderful care of them and my home and is in general just a very responsible and nice person. I'm sure I will be using her again and I cannot recommend he... Continue Reading

It was great to meet Jodi & Kirby before they house sat for me since that's not always possible. They are a delightful couple and I enjoyed hearing some of their stories. They communicated well before and throughout the house-sit, sending me photos of Ginger several times. I could tell they really took to Ginger, my cat, and of course treated her well. What a wonderful way to spend the holidays! Pátzcuaro and surrounding areas are magical and have amazing places to walk these three energetic characters, Teddy, Morkie and Sofie. What a joy It was to spend chilly mornings cuddling with them on the couch in front of a fire with a cup of coffee. Margie is a wonderful and considerate host with great comminication and an amazing home and gardens tucked in a lovely development at the foot of a mountain of tranquil whispering trees. From the most comfortable home with it's million dollar view, "Smokey The Wonder Dog" and the way that Bob made us feel welcomed and appreciated, we could not have asked for more. I would recommend Marilyn and Wayne as pet sitters. They arrived the day before I left and left the morning after I arrived. They send me video of the cats playing. The house was clean when I got home. I would definitely ask Marilyn and Wayne to cat sit again! They are friendly and easy going.
