This was a beautiful house sit, both because of Juanita's wonderfully decorated home and because of her loving pets: Jasmine the cat, and two dogs, Maggie and Chester. At least one hour of watering and tending to plants each day. Her home is walking distance from a great weekly mercadito. The neighborhood is safe, clean and pleasant for dog walking. Being in the yard is a very relaxing experience. If you are planning on working, note that the internet is only great in the kitchen, front yard and living room and will be spotty in your room. It was a pleasure to look after quirky Harry (Yorkshire Terrier) and lovely Mao Mao (Siamese cat). Communication with Nancy was easy, everything went smoothly. The condo is modern and light on the 3rd floor, and there is a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor with great views to the Pacific and the mountains. The amazing pool area is a highlight and perfect for online work as there is good wifi in the condo as well as on the rooftop.

Juanita and I sat for Diane for a month in Lake Chapala. She has a beautiful home and gorgeous view of the lake and town. Unfortunately, we had to arrive a day late but met her neighbor Deb who was wonderful. Diane stayed in touch with us during our time there and everything was provided that we could need. The home is very secure and the local neighbors are friendly and helpful. We hope that she invites us back sometime if needed. Wonderful experience.

Tania watched my 2 dogs and my house for 3 weeks. She kept in touch with me while I was away,and left me notes when I returned. The house was clean and neat and the bed was changed. She’s a giving person who loves her human & pet family. The vet is exceptional and knows the pets well. The pets’ food & routine is embedded. Liah’s team of housekeeper, dog walker and gardener help make her home & pets easy to manage while Liah travels. She provides instructions and everything you need. It was fun sending pet pics & videos while Liah’s singer-songwriter performances had her globe trotting. There’s never a dull moment with 3 dogs & 2 cats — all with fun personalities! Could not have asked for a better welcome and intro to new friends in San Miguel! Have missed Liah and of course miss Jugo, Celaya, Baikal, Boots & Frankie so much! Suzy is a warm and caring person. We were so lucky to find her to take care of our little dog and cat. They are sweet animals, but can be somewhat demanding ?. Suzy is very reliable and a great communicator. I would highly recommend her if you ever need a house or pet sitter.

Barbara was an amazing house-sitter and has turned out to be also one of my dearest friend. Barbara went above and beyond to care for my animals and home.
