I especially enjoyed the cool, serene mornings when, after feeding and watering the two denizens of the house (Zephyr and Dea) I could sit with my laptop on the patio and simply enjoy the incredibly beautiful flowers, shrubs, trees and birds that make Buddy's home so special. To be lucky enough to snag this assignment means a stay in a top-tier resort. As for the "job," well, there's Zephyr the cat who loves to stay by your side day and night and enjoys pets and brushings, and Princess Dea, also a feline, who lets you know precisely when she wants to go in and out, and will accept a treat from your hand, but other than that, she's happy to be on her own until Buddy's return. Typical duties were keeping the litter box very clean (for Dea), taking out the trash and paying the gardener and housekeeper. We had a wonderful time dog/housesitting for Barbara and George. They are wonderful people and we so enjoyed getting to know them. We just fell in love with beautiful Alaska and Cessie. Just sweet fur babies, full of love and affection and so well behaved. Their home was beautiful and we loved spending mornings on the deck with our coffee overlooking the ocean. Their location was perfect for us, able to walk most places we wanted to go. We would definitely go back to this lovely family.

A love of pets makes things easy and a great experience. The house is comfortable and pleasant! I have extensive property management and maintenance experience and have been allowed to fix things. Michele was an excellent house sitter. She took care of my two dogs for three weeks and they have never been happier. Michele had to deal with a few issues while I was away and did so beautifully. I house/dog sat for Eddie for five days and I loved it. Eddie is very kind and introduced me to backups for watching Marley and his friends invited me to join them for cocktails at the beach. The home is modest but clean and has a pool and AC, which was very much appreciated as it was hot! Marley is probably in my Top 3 Dogs Of All Time. Although a shy cat, he was vocal what Your house is in a great location, with a bus stop in front of house and within walking distance to several locations.It is a very comfortable house with everything a sitter would need and a great top balcony. It was a delight taking care of Paulette and Marc’s sweet dogs and their lovely home in San Luis Potosí! Fiona and Brindle are strong, energetic and loving doggies and our walks around the neighborhood were enjoyable for everyone. And San Luis Potosí is a city with a lot of charm. Maky and Nero are the best! We left them in charge of 4 lively dogs, 2 lazy cats, a big house with a huge garden. A lot to take on walking through the door. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. When we arrived after 50+ days everything was as we left it. Maky is bi-lingual, an ESL teacher, which is a bonus particularly here in Patzcuaro.
