We loved house sitting for Susan and taking care of Brinkley and Bella. We were in touch with Susan leading up to the house sit and during her trip as well. We appreciated that we could easily communicate with her in case we had any questions. On the day that we arrived, Susan was kind enough to show us around town and point out the nearest grocery store and multiple restaurants. On the day that we arrived, Susan was kind enough to show us around town and point out the nearest grocery store and multiple restaurants. Although the house isn't in the center of town, there are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. The home itself is very nice and comfortable with a great rooftop area. Brinkley and Bella are very sweet and love to snuggle. We miss them already! They are calm but also have their fun zoomie times. Susan also helped us arrange a taxi when it was time for us to leave. We hope to keep in touch with Susan and wouldn't hesitate to take care of Brinkley and Bella again.

Bill was wonderful with our dogs ~ Frida, Diego, Pancho and Lefty. He had extra duties with Diego as he needed an aloe rub down daily to treat a skin problem and Bill jumped in and happily abliged. Everything was great and looked after according to our wishes, just like last time!  During this sit however, there was a bit of a plumbing emergency the *day after we left, due to a broken part in our cystern. Had a very nice time in Guadalajara cat sitting for Heather and Chris, their home was very comfortable, and location was great. We looked after their 15 year old cat, he was no work his best time was finding a lap to sit on.

I absolutely love the area. Boca de Iguanas is quiet with one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches I have seen in Nayarit/Jalisco State and Carl and Tracy's home is absolutely perfect. They have a large space ( with a pool!) in a very private area of the Bay, just a ten minute walk with the pups to the beach. X I absolutely love the area. Boca de Iguanas is quiet with one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches I have seen in Nayarit/Jalisco State and Carl and Tracy's home is absolutely perfect. They have a large space ( with a pool!) in a very private area of the Bay, just a ten minute walk with the pups to the beach. Tracy and Carl are exceptional to communicate with and show so much appreciation for those watching over their home and their pets. We had a few glitches with electricity and internet as there was a hurricane approaching and some issues with CFE ( the electrical provider) that were beyond the control of homeowners. Their staff were amazing, keeping the gardens and pool in pristine condition and offering to stay on site when we were without internet for a few days so that I would feel extra secure. I have made new friends as a result and will take the opportunity if offered again to return to the area. I can't rave enough good things about the pets. The cats are friendly and love cuddling and pretty much mind themselves. They have two adult dogs, Frida and Diego and are loveable and will take all the loves you want to give to them. Frida adores walks and the water at the beach, but Diego, is getting a bit older, and prefers shorter walks around the property. While I was there, they also had two foster pups that I was managing, Pancho and Lefty and I feel in love so much with Pancho, I wanted to adopt him. Sadly, Tracy also is in love with him and will be adding him permanently to their family. I plan to visit as a friend sometime in the near future. The very best part of house sitting, is the connections you can make with amazingly wonderful people. The home is comfortable and a lovely little reprise from the super touristy area I am currently in. La Manzanilla is either a 15 minute bike ride, or Tracy and Carl allowed for me to use their car to go get groceries and get out of the house a few times a week. I Highly recommend this house sit opportunity! It def helps to have some basic spanish, especially during off season, but one can get by with the basics.

Mike and Summer house and pet sat for me for 12 days. I would have them come again in a heartbeat!!! There are 3 dogs, 1 inside cat, 3 feral cats, 2 koi fish and 2 fish ponds with water lillies. The most senior dog needs meds 2x a day, while I was gone they all needed their parasite medications as well. The inside cat had a hairball issue just before I left and needed meds for that.
