Juani first started house/pet setting for us over six years ago. She lived in San Miguel de Allende and we lived in Patzcuaro about 3-1/2 hours away, We had a brand new three month old puppy and it was love at first sight! Roy and Jeanette are a pleasure to work for and with. Their place is immaculate, and we enjoyed the comings and goings of satisfied guests at their Air BnB. Their dog Patch is friendly, fun and was a joy to walk on the beach, feed and play with. We are happy to have added them to our "housesitting family."

Jane "Juani"‘a home was comfortable and set in a beautiful area just outside Patzcaura. Juani and her friend Jane made my introduction flawless and social with a evening out for music at the Grand Plaza dinner before leaving the next day. Her dogs, Quique, Betty and Jojo were well behaved and trainable. It was great fun for me. Teo, the cat was present and did her thing. It was my very 1st HouseSitMexico with nothing better than staying with the person who wrote the book on Mexico! She stays in contact with me and has asked me to return for another stay, in a few weeks, which I am happy and pleased to do so!

Gloria was a perfect host with a pick-up at the bus station, a late lunch and her presentation of her beautiful home. I had the opportunity to arrive a day early to get introduced to Bella, her German Shepherd sweetheart and take her on her first walk. Gloria provided a ride to the bus and provided a better connection for me to travel back to Puerto Vallarta and than checked in with me to see how it went! This was a great stay!

Nick was a great housesitter. I have two large dogs that can be quite demanding, and he handled them with great aplomb. I felt completely reassured that my dogs were in great hands. Joy and Rebel were lovely. Joy showed me where she prefers to walk Rebel twice a day at a nearby park. It's about less than 10 minutes away by car and relatively easy. Rebel is a sweet guy who loves pets and cuddles. He is a little bit older and doesn't see well so sometimes he gets a little anxious in new places. It's best to walk him at the preferred park since that seems to be his happy place and he knows it well. Joy's new home is comfortable and has good internet. I'd be happy to return ... We would 100% recommend Patti and Robert to house-sit. They watched our home for about 2 months (no pets this time). They informed us of problems that arose and helped handle them for us. (We had a water leak and a gate issue.) They communicated with us many times a week and were always willing to help handle different situations while we were away. Our housesit for Dana & Dan was wonderful! They are fantastic communicators and were always available if we had a question. Their home is very comfortable and well provisioned. We primarily stayed in the poolside casita which has a living room, coffee bar, bedroom, and large bright bathroom. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful garden and views over the lake. We fell completely for sweet Bonnie and mischievous Skye. They both extended their generous hospitality to us to ensure we were comfortable in their home. Highly recommended.
