Fabulous couple that put up with workers in my house for a few days of there stay. Highly recommend Lorenzo and his wife. Great communicators and sent me lots of pictures and videos. My dog Layla has been sad since they left.

We returned home from a three week vacation yesterday. We had many applicants for house/pet sitters and chose Joe and Karen to care for our dog. Ginny is a rescue who had a very rough first year so it was very important that she not have a bad experience. It was clear that Ginny was comfortable with Joe and Karen and had bonded with them. Ginny is a rescue who had a very rough first year so it was very important that she not have a bad experience. It was clear that Ginny was comfortable with Joe and Karen and had bonded with them. Joe and Karen were very respectful of our home and when we returned, it was exactly as we had left it. We are comfortable enough that we have already engaged Joe and Karen for future trips. It is a huge relief to know our baby will be cared for and loved while we are away.

I had the pleasure of house sitting for Dana, Dan and their two dogs in July 2023 in their beautiful house in San Miguel de Allende. I was there for 3 weeks. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out with great terrace views of the town including the main church. There is also a beautiful terrace area beside their pool. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out with great terrace views of the town including the main church. There is also a beautiful terrace area beside their pool. The house it at the top of a hill but is an easy walk down to town. It is also behind high walls, so I felt totally safe. July was unusually hot so I stayed in a room that had air conditioning. The room (not the main poolside casita) had a nice king bed, sofa, TV, wet bar and en suite bath. It was very nice and comfortable. Responsibilities included maintaining a presence in the home, communicating with the house keeper and gardener, communicating with Dana on any issues, and the care and feeding of the two dogs who were super sweet and easy. This was a dream house sit and I wouldn’t hesitate to sit for this family again.

Joe and Tessa have become like family to us. Before the start of their sit, we were finishing packing our personal belongings to move. They came a few days early so we could show them around the property and SMA since they had not been here before. They were not frazzled at all by the chaos of preparing to leave (I was a bit stressed) and helped in any way they could! Our home has been kept in better condition than we left it. We had the opportunity to have a dinner out in SMA the night before we left and we enjoyed their company immensely. Dana is a very organised & thoughtful and she gave us all the info we needed ahead of time. Dana has been a pleasure to deal with and we have had good communication with her, back and to. The house sit consists of a large detached home with a separate Casita called "Day of the Dead". This is where we have been staying. Outside out Casita there was a large covered porch and fridge. We sit looking out over the pool. The walk to SMA takes 20 mins from the house, quite steep. Taxis can bring you back for $80 pesos. It is a quiet, private, peaceful area & very safe. We have had a really great time here, totally hassel free. Would housesit for this lovely family again happily.

Sandi and Bill are an amazing couple... They took an excellent care of my babies and more.... I had a sudden emergency for a foster dog that needed chemotherapy and they accepted to step in.... They were my guardian angels!!!!! Thank you, Sandi and Bill, so much for being great human beings!

We had a great week taking care of Lia’s kitties. Her home is spacious and comfortable, she is a delight. We also cared for a young dog who was having chemo treatments, administering her meds and monitoring her condition. We were happy to help this young pup get well and be ready for adoption. We would certainly sit for Lia again should our schedules align with hers.

We had Yvonne and Michael sit for us in Puerto Vallarta for about two weeks. They were terrific! Yvonne and Michael were great with our two cats, took good care of our yard and potted plants. They were communicative, easy to get in touch with, and gave us frequent updates (including cute cat pics!). At the end of their stay we received a report, which was nice and helpful. Originally from Alaska, Sally and Peter were housesitting on the Pacific Coast when they drove to Ajijic to take care of our house and fur baby. Lola was a little intimidated by them but once we left, she became their constant companion. They maintained the house and Lola's schedule flawlessly. And, we really enjoyed getting to know them. Barbara and George were great hosts. We got in a couple of days early to get familiar with the daily routine and in that time we had great conversations and, although we were a bit familiar with the area, they took the time to show us their favorite restaurants and other fun spots. X Barbara and George were great hosts. We got in a couple of days early to get familiar with the daily routine and in that time we had great conversations and, although we were a bit familiar with the area, they took the time to show us their favorite restaurants and other fun spots. The house itself is on a slight hill, but the views from their balconies are worth the steps. Alaska and Cessie were a delight to take care of. Cessie likes to do her own thing, although she will come around for snacks. Alaska was a sweetheart and always wanted to be near us. She did well on her walks. She does like to watch squirrels, so sometimes it took some convincing to get her to keep walking. We also fed some stray cats that hang around in front of the house. They are sweet and Alaska walks right by them without any issues. We kept in touch with Barbara and George throughout their trip. It was great to know we could reach them in case of any issues. Overall we had a great experience and we hope to keep in touch with Barbara and George.
