We loved caring for Kathy and Davids beautiful home and dog, Blue. We would do it again anytime. We enjoyed walking Blue in the countryside and park. I think they’re a good example of a well-rounded people on this platform, who understand both points of view from the housesitter to the homeowner. Rick did a short house sit for us in March, taking care of our fur babies Asha and Allie. I asked if he could water my plants which he did, and he even volunteered to fix some minor handyman issues at the house, which we appreciated! Rick kept us posted as to how the "kids" were doing and included some pictures too! We found Rick to be responsible and respectful of our house and property, and would happily have him again! We had a wonderful sit at Michael's and Connie's home. We felt very welcome, communication was easy and warm throughout the whole stay, the house was clean and tidy and the cats were incredibly easy to care for. The area was very pleasant, safe, tidy and there was plenty to explore. We hope to look after their two sweet cats again one day and do highly recommend this sit to any other cat lovers.

Rick was an outstanding sitter. The dogs loved him from the get go. He also did some handyman chores including cleaning out all the shower heads and taps, and cleaning a few kitchen drawers. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring and helpful sitter.

It was a special treat to house sit for Dena and Bob! They have an exquisite home, two well behaved dogs, an independent but communicative cat and three lively budgies. All their pets are easy to care for. The view from any level of the home is mesmerizing but especially from the mirador. They are polite, listen well and eager to please. Soto, the cat, would disappear for most of the day, announce his presence when he entered the home, look for a bit of attention, and, if hungry, he made sure you understood. Grocery stores, restaurants and even the square are all easy access by taxi or Uber. Their kitchen is well appointed if you enjoy cooking. You will love house sitting for this generous couple. Michele was amazing! I traveled to Africa for a month and was worried about my 16 yr old cat Fred because his brother/littermate George died in December. There was no reason for concern. Michele immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She provided excellent care to Fred and sent photos and texts regularly. I highly recommend her and in fact have already booked her for a trip next year!
