Ale & Bill were great house sitters and took great care of my cat, Ginger and my home. I really appreciated their level of communication via whatsapp & phone. I think Ginger really took to Ale since she gave her lots of attention. They were really helpful in coming a day early to meet me at the house and get an introduction. Great people and can't recommend them highly enough.

I have the highest praise for Guiliana and Elton! My cats fell in love with them! My house was in impeccable condition. A most charming, very responsible couple. Even my neighbours are sad to see them leave. I VERY HIGHLY recommend them, however, I would love them back myself! Milagro, Loxze and I are sad to see them go!

We loved our stay at Ute's house! The cats are so sweet and we simply LOVED our time with them. Ute's house is super cozy, in a great and safe gated complex. The complex has a gorgeous pool and gym which were great during our time there and we were able to meet many neighbors and make great new friends. It was just amazing. Elizabeth stayed with my cats while I was in NY for a month. She did an amazing job, she took my kitten to the vet twice to get her vaccines. My other cat had a shiny coat when I got home. She also sent me photos of them frequently, I would recommend her without any reservations.

Everything was organized and in a folder so there was never any second guessing as what needed to be done or when. Michael and Nichola had an open door policy so if I ever had a question, they were happy to respond right away. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a welcome note and in the fridge was a special treat! I can say that they went out of their way to make me feel at home. It was a pleasure housesitting for Steven and his sweet dog, Lena. Steven was very helpful in picking me up from the bus station and showing me around town. It's in a gated community with a few other homes, with friendly neighbors and good security. The small town of San Juan Cosala is a short walk down the hill to the center plaza and the malecon (boardwalk). Also, easy bussing into Ajijic or surrounding lake communities. I really enjoyed the Lake Chapala area. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains with hiking trails and waterfalls (my favorite passion). I spent a day or more exploring each town: Chapala, Ajijic, San Juan Cosala (where the house is) and Jocotepec. They all have beautiful malecons and their own unique view of the lake. They managed it all with admirable aplomb. Our house was in great condition when we came back, our extensive gardens and indoor plants were flourishing, and most importantly, Coco was thriving. As a rescue dog, she doesn't take to everyone right away, but clearly liked Kathy and Vic, following them around even after we were home.
