Beauty is everywhere: immaulate gardens and amazing sunsets, viewed from the balcony. Before leaving, they generously offered me to 'help myself' to pantry goods and even left a couple of bottles of wine for me to enjoy. I loved my time at Shannon and Michael's home in Ajijic. They are super kind and even invited me to stay over a night prior to their leaving. They were very welcoming, but my favorites were the kitties! Stella and Pedro are the sweetest. They are very low maintenance and lot's of fun to play with. I'd definitely take care of their home and kitties again if needed. Bonus, they have great neighbors too!

Mike and Kristine did a fine job of caring for my dogs. They were patient and knowledgeable about meeting my shy dog who became comfortable with them. They let me know about their concerns and how things were going as well as some troubleshooting for some inevitable bumps in the road.

I would like to recommend Rebecca as a house sitter. She took amazing care of my cats and even managed to take a photo of Luna that I had been trying to get for months. She was here when the Earthquake hit Guadalajara and she supervised the workers who made the repairs. I was gone for 6 weeks and everything was in working order when I got back. Her comfortable condo is in a great spot for exploring Guadalajara. Her communication was thorough and timely and her love for her two cats was very endearing. I house and cat sat for Curly for a few weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Her lovely cat Everest was very easy to care for and her beautiful place one block from the lake was a a breeze to look after. There were several private outdoor areas to chill and shops and transport were very close by. The Tuesday market was literally only a couple of blocks away. I would highly recommend Curly for any housesitters looking for a easy housesit in a perfect location in Ajijic.
