Leaving for five weeks is a long time, and Carmen made it completely worry-free. From the moment I left, I felt confident that both my cat, Hazel, and my home were in caring and capable hands.

Carmen communicated thoughtfully, sending an occasional photo and update about Hazel, just enough to reassure me without overwhelming me while I was away. Whenever I had a question or needed something checked, she was responsive and attentive.

I especially appreciated how comfortable Carmen was managing things in Mexico. She coordinated easily with my gardener and housekeeper and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The best endorsement I can give is that Hazel clearly bonded with Carmen. When I returned home, Hazel was happy, relaxed, and obviously well cared for. As a pet owner, that meant everything to me.
