SaM & David were wonderful sitters. They bonded with, and loved on, our two kitties, and took exceptional care of them!
One of our kitties needed 2x/daily medication on his belly, which they were terrific keeping up with, so that by the time they ended their 3-week sit, his belly was greatly improved. (thank you!)
Two of the things that make SaM & David exceptional are their communication and preparation: they were eager to learn the details of our cat- and house-care, asking probing questions about the in’s and out’s of our home and the kitties’ routines. They modeled for how best communicate with house/cat sitters, which we learned from and valued immensely. They even improved upon some of our cat routines!
Regarding our sit start-and-end dates, their flexibility enabled us to plan additional family and medical time beyond our original agreement. We are grateful.
They were proactive in reaching out to the next sitter who was going to be taking over, too, since we were still going to be out of town.
They were hard-workers and enthusiastic to do whatever was needed.
They were professional in every respect, our home was well taken care of, and we would work with them again in a heartbeat!
