We had a relaxing, enjoyable, convenient experience at Richard’s, taking care of his adorable orange tabby, Paloma. Maybe the best feature is the view of the ocean and town below (hello, sunsets!), which you can enjoy via two different terraces and also from the living area inside the top floor (which has an ajoining bathroom so you don’t have to go back downstairs). For city living, we had an easy time sleeping (also because of Richard’s super comfy bed). We’re walkers, so Centro, Zona Romantica and other neighborhoods were well within walking distance. Even if you’re not a walker, you’re super close to the shore and many other amenities. Don’t skip the Mirador just up the hill! Richard’s kitchen has everything you need for cooking, coffee, and more, and there are plenty of ways to stay cool. He keeps a clean house, and he left space for our clothing (always appreciated). We enjoyed the tub, using it to cool down, actually! Richard had several restaurant recommendations, and the ones we had time to try were spot on delicious and wonderful. We had very easy rapport with Richard.
