I dealt mostly with Martha, who came to take care of my 2 male ex-street cats. One has FIV and has open wounds, which are healing, but need to be monitored.
Martha noticed when his wounds opened up further and took immediate action. I realise how stressful and scary that would have been for her, but she acted like a pro and contacted the vet straight away.
I felt very secure with her taking care of my boys and she developed a lovely relationship with both of them.
She is a kind and caring person who clearly loves cats. I would recommend her any day.
