We first met Michael and Janie back in September of 2024 when we house sat for them for a week and cared for their great cat Jasper. Michael and Janie are very warm and considerate persons, who made it a point to make sure we were comfortable in their house during our stay. We shared a day with them prior to their departure and enjoyed a great dinner together at a small, historical bar and restaurant near their home, El Manatial. In the short time we spent with them, we feel like we became friends.
Their house was spectacular, and the accommodations for our stay were very, very nice. The house is in a great location of San Miguel, within easy walking distance of all the best neighborhoods and San Miguel’s Jardin center of town.
Taking care of Jasper was a highlight of our stay as he is a very smart and friendly cat, who gave us lots of love during our stay. We were sorry to say good bye to him when we left after that week in September.
But hey, we were invited back in January of this year, 2025 to do a repeat sit for them and a little longer stay. So we reunited with our friends Michael and Janie, and yes another couple of weeks with our great friend and cat, Jasper. Everything went perfect once again.
