Rick stayed with us in the Fall of 2023 and watched our place for 5 weeks. He is very handy at fixing things which was helpful when something goes wrong and I very much appreciated. Cared for the pool and was good with the visiting Kitty and dog who are not ours but seem to have adopted us. Good at communication. We would have Rick back again forsure
