Shana is great! Her years of pet sitting experience show in her patience, humor and care. I never knew I needed to get update videos until she started sending them. There is nothing more important than knowing your pets are well cared for and with her there, I knew they were. And, most amazingly, she was able to not only get close to put actually pet my very shy older cat who normally won’t let anyone near. A huge win! And huge thanks to Shanna for coming to stay.
