Frank, Alla, and Rafael housesat in Chapala for us from May through most of June 2024. They managed the changeover of my internet, house repairs, car issues, cat care, plant care, ant invasions, fixed the front yard fountain, and gave me peace of mind. Rafael’s excellent Spanish and research skills helped me determine a new internet system, and Frank managed the changeover, including assessing a new house-wide phone system. His IT background was invaluable. Frank’s excellent communication skills always kept me abreast of the dynamic changing system that is modern life. They sent regular kitty photos, paid my internet bill, and kept the plants and our picky front yard fountain happy too. Our house was returned in spotless condition with dinner ready when we got home from the airport. They operate at a very high level of competence, and they have high standards which is becoming rare these days.
