Oh my goodness! We just finished a sit for Tanya and Dave taking care of their sweet, sweet dog, Maya. We enjoyed every minute of house/dog sitting, even considering the heatwave that hit SMA! Tanya is an excellent communicator and we kept in touch with each other before, during, and after the sit. Her attention to detail, with every aspect of caring for Maya and their home, was invaluable. Tanya left detailed notes about the care for Maya as well as her schedule and very informative notes regarding care for the home and recommendations for restaurants!
Maya is a super chill dog and LOVES her treats. She is completely housetrained and obeys commands. She has a routine and is very cognizant of what is supposed to happen when! Although sometimes she will try to convince you that it is dinner time an hour before it’s really time! We loved our time with Maya and it was very difficult to leave her when the time came!
Tanya and Dave’s home was three stories of gorgeousness and had been completely updated with a cozy patio on the first floor where we enjoyed our coffee every morning, a half bath, a media room, living room, dining room and kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The second floor had two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an office. The third floor had an absolutely beautiful terraza with new furniture and plants galore! We could not have asked for a more modern and well-kept home. We would be happy to sit for Tanya and Dave anytime in the future!
