Helena, Jim and Cory could not have been more hospitable and fun to be with in the time we were both in the house. Cory was very easy to look after, and warmed up for cuddles quickly. The property was both elegant and comfortable. Located inside a very serene gated community near the centre of Ajijic, the house had a great yard for Cory and our dogs to roam around and a beautiful view of the lake. The gated community has a handsome pool and entertainment patio, and lovely paved streets lined with flowers and shrubs on which to walk the dogs. Our hosts kindly shared their fridge and pantry extensive offerings, and as Helena appears to be an informative master chef, it was considerable in scope! Helena and Jim were also great sources of information on local activities and communities. As they left us very few tasks to take care of, Jeff had time to seek out a few little things to fix (the property is already very well looked after by Helena, Jim, their housekeeper and garden team) and I had time to bake a surprise for them. This was in every way a most enjoyable housesit, and we certainly hope to see our kind hosts in the future either at their home or ours.

Kathleen did a wonderful job. She knows San Miguel de Allende well and is right at home here. My two dogs liked her very much and I was so happy to see them happy. She was kind enough to extend her stay when I had to be away longer than planned due to medical reasons. I would look foreword to having her again.

We loved our month sit at Jordan and Debbie's home. A slice of paradise and relaxations, and we *absolutely loved* their 3 wonderful, affectionate pups. We were comfortable from beginning to end, had great communication throughout our sit, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a sit here! Enjoy!

He did it again! Patrick is the best house sitter your home and fur babies could have! This was Patrick's second house sit for us and this time around he knew what he was in for, which was 8 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 horses, and many little details that I asked him to watch over. He took it all in stride and did an amazing job! Thank you so much, Patrick! being able to leave you all that responsibility and know things will all be okay is wonderful...happy travels!

We loved, loved the dogs..........Gloria, Maggie and Chuy. They were so adorable and well behaved and so loving. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy life! For someone wanting to do this house sit, a car would make it perfect. We did Uber everywhere but would have done more exploring with a car. However, we were happy being home with the dogs and hanging out. Barbara & Midge

Tim house sat for us for 10 days in May 2019. He took care of our 14 year old golden retriever. From talking with Tim and meeting him in La Paz, it was obvious he liked animals, so we felt very comfortable because our dog needed medicine and other care required for a dog that old. We very much enjoyed sitting for Jan and Sweetie. Jan was very organized and was easy to communiicate with prior to and during the sit. What a love Barbara was. She communicated with us beautifully, she took our 3 pups on hikes/walks daily as well as spoiled them with cuddles and denta bones. Normally when we return home from a trip our dogs go crazy with excitement, yelping and whining. THIS TIME???? they were excited, but you could tell they had a great week with Barbara and Midge her daughter. I highly recommend!
