We stayed there looking after the house and cats for over 3 months. Any time we had a question, whether it was about the house or about exploring Bucerías, they were quick to respond and always eager to help. They shared a wealth of suggestions for local activities and hidden gems, which added so much richness to our time in the area. Their cats, Michael and Lady, were an absolute delight. With their dog?like personalities, they followed us from room to room, always curious and unusually attentive for cats. Both were wonderfully behaved and incredibly friendly, making them easy and enjoyable companions. We also appreciated knowing that Jamie’s father, who lived nearby, was available should we need any additional assistance or local insight. Overall, the experience was warm, welcoming, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Narelle was a great house sitter for Gizmo and our home! We had a great time getting to know her! Gizmo instantly felt comfortable with her and she sent such great videos and pictures of him! We call her the Pug Whisperer now because we swore he did not like the ocean and then she took him and you would thought he was a ocean dog! A+++ for Narelle! We would so have her back!

Butch was an easy guy to hang out with. His needs are simple: Take outside to sniff around and do business several times a day, dispense snacks and feed him (he'll remind you!). Great views of Centro and the SMA skyline from the roof garden, and a nice courtyard garden at ground level. And, they had a washer/dryer, and a well stocked kitchen, too!

Ariel and Martha Olivia took care of our San Miguel de Allende home from mid December 2025 to mid January 2026. Their principal responsibilities were take care of the house and weekly pay the housekeepers and gardener. They took care of the the house and regularly stayed in touch with us while we had to be in the states. No problems. We would whole heartedly recommend them as housesitters.

Becky's house is beautiful. The ubicación (location) is great you'll find lots of restaurants, shops, church, OXXO. It's about 20 minutes to arrive to 5th Avenue by bus or 10 minutes in a taxi. Boxa and Gus are so nice. We were very happy to take care of them. I've been there 3 times. Becky is friendly and so kind.

We were in San Miguel last December and 10 days this January . Ralph and Deborah are so friendly. No pets. Just the humenbirds and other birds. The house is so beautiful and very near from downtown. We enjoyed to be there.

Kelly, Natasha and Toby are lovely dogs and aside from the occasional incontinence issues are easy to care for. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Riberias shops and Panchos supermarket. There is a small but nice backyard. The tap water in the house has a noticeable sulphuric smell which I think is a neighbourhood issue. This is not an ideal housesit for anyone with dust allergies.
