We live in a three story 3 bedroom 5 bath home with a large lovely garden, four cats, and a RAV-4.  The property contains two casitas, a third floor penthouse, as well as an outdoor kitchen and large patio. The views are beautiful with gardens, mountains, trees, and the lake. This is in the area called Riberas (Lakeside at Lake Chapala) between Ajijic and Chapala.  It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly people, good for walking, with interesting stores and cafes nearby.  The Lake is 2 blocks away.  Buses are nearby and there are plenty of reasonable taxis too.

The kitchen is well-stocked with all the amenities. We have a reverse osmosis filter in all kitchen faucets. In addition, there is a laundry room/pantry, an office, a meditation room, fans, a living and dining area.  There is a doorbell in the kitchen so you can hear anyone who comes to the front door. Security cameras installed, the WiFi is good, the TV uses a Firestick. My available accounts include Prime Video, YouTube Premium (no ads) and a movie/tv series channel.  I have two Google Nest Minis that will play any song you wish via voice command, answer questions, etc.  The Lakeside News is delivered every Saturday morning.

You may use my car for local transportation (only).  The Lake Chapala Society is a 15 minute drive.  It has gardens, classes, a cafe, events and is an important cultural center for the town. There are many churches, musical events, art events, two live theaters, several beautiful Malecons for walking along the water and great sourdough bakeries, Farmers Markets several days a week and a 20 mile walking /bike path that runs along the main road.  There are hiking groups, meditation groups, as well as Mexican Festivals.  The area is designated a “Pueblo Magico” for its Arts and Culture abundance.
