Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Centro with an open floor plan, a large outdoor terrace - accessed by the living room and the master bedroom, and small balcony.  Both the terrace and the balcony have stunning views of the sun setting over the Parrochia in the Center of town and the mountains in the distance.  The condo has Wifi, Cable TV  with English and Spanish channels as well as Amazon Prime and Apple TV on the smart tv.  We have weekly maid service, a countertop reverse osmosis machine, as well options for water cooler delivery. While everything in the city is easily reached by foot, the town's bus service is available less than a two minute walk away and Ubers& taxis are cheap and abundant for longer distance trips.

The condo is located in  "Los Arcangeles", a former hacienda in the Centro that is now a unique gated residential community in the heart of San Miguel de Allende.   Amenities include landscaped common areas with a swimming pool and BBQ/covered picnic area, as well as a parking facility within the community if needed.  It is only a 5 minute walk to the town center where you can find dozens of restaurants, cafe's and great people watching just down the street.  While here you will be taking care of my two cats: the boys, Leo and Javier.  They are both about 10 months old and are fun, adorable guys.  If you want to enjoy the small city that has been named the best in the world for 3 years in a row from Town and Country magazine from a centrally located, lovely condo, check this out.

Responsibilities

The house sitters will be expected to feed the cats.  (Wet food twice daily or as "requested,") and maintain a fresh bowl of dry food.  (I will leave snacks that you can give them too.) Additionally, you will need to clean the cat box daily and rinse out, wash and refill the water fountain weekly.  (Please check the water level every 3 or 4 days to ensure there is enough water there.  The cats are allowed to leave the condo and walk the grounds when you are home but if you are leaving the development, especially at night- the cats must be inside.  The housekeeper comes every Friday.  You do not have to be there when she is, but if you want water delivered, you will request through her the delivery and pay for the water.  There is a reverse osmosis counter unit in the house so you don't have to order water, but if you do it is 85 pesos per each water cooler- referred to as garafone here.  I would like you to pay attention to the cats and play with them
