Sunny Mexican-style home in colorful, charming ‘Pueblo Mágico’ Ajijic.  Walk to the center of town, to beautiful Lake Chapala, and to excellent restaurants, deli, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, gym, galleries—and more.  Non-smoking home with good internet, spacious rooms, enclosed front and back yards with fruit trees, colorful flowers, and covered back patio.  Quiet, attractive neighborhood with friendly expat and Mexican neighbors.  One block from the main road where buses run frequently to the center of Ajijic and to the neighboring towns of Chapala, San Juan Cosala, and Jocotepec.

My dog, Merry, is a 4-1/2 year-old Poodle-mix.  She loves going to her daycare in Chapala to play with other dogs, Monday through Friday (transportation is provided).  And she has a dog walker in the early evening five days a week.  I usually walk Merry here in my Villa Nova neighborhood or on the Ajijic malecón.

Responsibilities

Keep my home secure, and stay here every night during the house sit period, plus feed and walk my dog Merry.  Water plants inside house, and give weekly payments (that I'll provide) to house cleaner, gardener, etc.  Communicate with me via email or phone about any concerns while I’m away.
