Casa Cielo in La Penita on the Nayarit Coast 5 1/2 Weeks—No Pets!
La Penita de Jaltemba, Nay, Mexico
Our house is located on a ridge and in the front over looking a colonia and the ocean. In the back over looking patch work farm lands and small colonia. We are 15 minutes walking distance to the centre of town. The house is located on the outskirts of our colonia and slightly removed. The house is two bedroom plus office, two large patios front and back, 3000 square ft and very large gardens. Internet is provided.
Responsibilities
The house sitter will be expected to keep all area of the house clean. This will entail dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors including patios in the front and back, keeping them in the same condition they received the house in(this can be a very physically demanding process). to maintain/fix(minor repairs if required) the house in the condition they received it in. We have no pets. The house sitter would be expected to stay in the house with the exception of day trips/shopping etc for the 5 1/2 weeks we would be gone. No pets or children. Previous experience in house sitting in mexico and mexican culture are a must requirement. The person should be fairly handy. A gardner is provided for maintenance of gardens.Photos

WE are located on the pacific coast and are part of the Riviera Nayarit-tourist district-- 90 k north of Puerto Vallarta. Lapenita De Jaltemba is a town of 15000 ajacent to the tourist towns of Rincon de Guayabitos and Los Ayala with a good assortment of food stores, lots of restaurants and other shops. It has numerous medical and dental clinics including a private hospital and a number of private guide services. And a beach front malecon.
