Very Comfortable House Sit – Care for 3 Cats
Ajijic , Jal, Mexico
Our house is in a small development of seven houses with very nice, friendly neighbours. Very quiet, has a main principle gate but no security guard.
The house is situated on the mountain side but not high up. The walk to the main road and to the local bus stop is approx six to eight minutes. Local Taxis will come to the house for pick up if needed. Small supermarket, restaurants, French bakery, Brew pub, Tuesday and Friday markets all in the same walking distance as the bus stops. There is a bicycle/walking path along the main road leading into Ajijic .A very nice location.
We have three cats Pebbles. Rubbles and Bam Bam. All rescue cats. Two are sisters Rubbles and Bam Bam and are 13 years old. Very low maintenance, not on any medication. Bam Bam sometimes gets red irritated eyes (allergies). Occasionally we have to run a little ointment over the eyes but she does not mind this at all, she is the perfect patient.
Pebbles is nearly 19 years old and getting a little senile, she needs a little bit more attention. She is on wet food and sometimes she has a little accident of missing her litter box which is mainly at night but I have deleveoped a good cleaning technic which is easy and leaves no odour. Before I retire I take her into the garden to let her do her business which helps with the possibility of accidents.
All three are in and outdoor cats. Pebbles and Rubbles stay in the back yard but Bam Bam likes to go out and about but she is very street smart and stays in our deleveopment and we have no major traffic to worry about.
.We have optic cable internet .
To take good care of our cats, show them affection when and if they allow it. Our cats are friendly, have their little routines and all three love their cat treats!
We have a maid come in twice a week but we expect the sitter to keep a tidy house and do some basic cleaning after themselves.
We have no Gardene. Our garden is small and has a watering irrigation system but we would need the sitter to water a few flower beds in front of the house and a few flower pots on the lower terrace Any other work we will taken care off when we are back.
The house is two storey. Two terraces one down stairs one up stairs. Nice views.
