We own a beautiful Beach home In Manzanillo Mexico in Las Brisas. The area is very walkable, quiet and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and of course you are directly on the beach. We have 2 dogs both Mexican. Mila is a 15 year old Chihuahua and Lita is a 2 year old boxer mix. We have high speed Starlink Wifi and there are many transportation options:  moto taxis, regular taxis, Uber and bus. We have full time staff looking after guests and they provide breakfast to them using the main kitchen. You will have use of the main floor in total during the week.  We will just be there on the weekend, staying in one of the guest rooms. This house sit is to be from Sept 1-Dec 15th -- although the dogs do not arrive until Oct 12.

Responsibilities

We have someone that looks after the check in and check out of the guests and makes Breakfast for them however we need someone there to oversea in case of any guest requests or to facilitate any issues in the house. Must speak some Spanish and be somewhat handy.

With our dogs they are pretty easy care.  (Remember, they do not arrive until Oct 12.) The older one Mila sleeps a lot and eats once per day.  No medication just a bit a picky eater.

Lita the younger boxer likes to go for a walk a day in the morning when it is coolest and to have the run of the back yard.

The home is on the beach and is fully staffed with a cleaner daily, pool maintenance and grounds keeper so really the only thing needed would be to ensure the check in and out of guests and let us know of any needs that come up so we can address it with them. We have WhatsApp for constant communication when needed.

The dogs do not arrive until Oct 12th so it would just be the house and being available to assist guests if needed until then. This would suit a single or a couple with hospitality experience and both English and Spanish Language ability and a bonus if you have a vehicle.
