August 9 – August 30: Luxury Cat Sit – See Special Extras!
Ajijic, Jal, Mexico
Need house/cat sitter while I am travelling on cruise around Scandinavia .
I live in west Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico, in a two-bedroom gated, independent living, community called The Moon. There are 12 independent units that are one bedroom and three units that are two bedroom (Villas), I live in a two bedroom, two bath "Villa" with an enclosed patio.
All residents enjoy a heated pool, exercise room, game room, and outside dining area.
All utilities are paid as part of our monthly rent. Furthermore, my rent includes breakfast and dinner every day. Therefore, my house sitter is entitled to both breakfast and dinner meals. Our kitchens are only a refrigerator, microwave, and some storage for dishes, etc.
Gated parking is available, but it is not covered.
We are located one block from the bus line into Ajijic (a short 15 minute ride). Furthermore, we have approximately Seven very good restaurants within walking distance. And we are located a short walk to Lake Chapala (largest lake in Mexico).
I have internet through Telcel and the TV is with Clear Choice.
Nacho is my "spoiled" companion. He talks all the time and you will soon learn what he's saying to you - in English (I'm afraid he's been unable to adjust to my Splanglish").
Nacho's dry food is in his bowl all the time. He has a water system that runs (cats like running water). I will have water bowl clean before I leave. As housesitter you need to monitor and make sure the water stays at a certain level.
Nacho has 1/2 packet of wet cat food around 11:30 - 12:00. He's very good about telling time and will remind you when it's 11:20 am!
His litter gets cleaned (scooped) once a day.
Pets are not allowed out on grounds, therefore, Nacho stays inside.
He's very friendly but may take some time to get use to you.
