The property is located in the Ninos Heroes neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta.  You can see it on a map per the link below.

Our home is on 2 levels, with a TV on each level. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, There is also a bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs. There are working ACs in the bedroom and both the upper and lower living rooms. The property also has a nice backyard for relaxing and enjoying your time.  The property is on a dead-end street in a working-class Mexican Neighborhood. There is internet and cable which is through IZZI. The bus can be accessed on the main street which is about an 8 minute walk. Uber is available and it is normally a 15 minute ride to El Centro / Malcon.

The home has one central water pipe. The showers are on electric switches, Currently the kitchen doesn't have hot water so to clean dinner dishes we normally heat water in the coffee maker to wash dishes.

The neighborhood is traditional in the fact that it can be noisy at times due to a large amount of activity.

Responsibilities

House Sitter/s would be required to provide temporary oversight and care of a home. Common duties to include minor household cleaning and maintenance.  We expect the home to be kept tidy and be in the same condition (or better) than how the sitter/s first find it.

There aren't any pets or plants to care for.
