One of the highlights of the home is a large glass-enclosed terrace with beautiful ocean views — a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, relax with a book, work remotely, or watch the sunset. There are also outdoor garden and zen-style sitting areas, along with a gas barbecue for enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

The home has reliable WiFi suitable for remote work, streaming, and everyday online needs. There is also a 55-inch TV with an active Netflix account for relaxing evenings at home. While the area is best suited for someone with a car mindset rather than a walk-everywhere location, transportation is easy and affordable with taxis and Uber readily available.

Rosarito offers everything from authentic taco stands to fine dining, along with nearby activities such as horseback riding, ATV rentals, zip lines, beaches, and local markets. You are also about 1 hour north of Ensenada and the Guadalupe Wine Valley, known for world-class wine tasting, gourmet meals, and more than 180 vineyards. The San Diego border is approximately 40 minutes away (traffic dependent).

You would be caring for my two beloved dogs, Lexi and Bodie. They are part of the family and have a steady daily routine. They enjoy companionship, meals on schedule, and relaxing at home. They are affectionate and rewarding companions once they know you. I’m specifically looking for a calm, responsible female sitter who enjoys dogs and appreciates a peaceful home environment.

The primary responsibility is caring for my two dogs, Lexi and Bodie, and maintaining a calm, consistent home environment for them while I’m away. They do best with a steady routine, companionship, and someone who enjoys being around dogs.

Feeding is simple: I will prepare and freeze most of their meals in advance, so daily prep is minimal. You may only need to cook a fresh batch of rice every 5–6 days. Their first meal is between 8-9 am, and  main evening meal is served around 4:30 PM. For their routine and health, any walk or exercise should be done before dinner rather than after eating. Clear instructions will be provided.

They enjoy companionship, relaxing at home, and short walks or outings as appropriate. They are not high-maintenance but do appreciate consistency and attention.

Basic home care includes keeping the home clean and tidy, watering indoor plants occasionally (about once every 5 days) and terrace plants every few days, and maintaining the overall space as you found it.

The dogs sleep in their own crate areas. About once every 7–10 days, their bedding should be removed, washed, and the crate areas swept out. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

A trusted gardener/maintenance person comes once a week (Thursday) for outdoor care and trash service. He also helps with household maintenance matters should anything arise during your stay (for example, plumbing or basic property issues), which provides added support and peace of mind. During his visits, the dogs should be kept inside with the dog door closed.
