Our home is located in Club de Golf Malanquin Hoyo 13.  Our home is on three floors and is very comfortable and clean with nice outdoor terraces. It is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. There is some construction nearby but still quiet during the day. An Uber ride from here to Centro is about a 15 minute drive and about 7 minute drive to La Comer and City Market. There is also bus service from the main road into town and anywhere else you may want to go. There is good WiFi available. There is a housekeeper who will come once a week, gardener twice a week and a general maintenance man who will also come once or twice a week. They all know what to do and you would have to be here in the morning to let them in. There are two Chiweenies who live here. They are pretty calm and like an occasional belly rub but they are not “lap dogs” and enjoy being in their beds.

Responsibilities

The pets are ready to go out at 6:30am. They eat at 11:00am and go out to the bathroom again. Dinner is at 4:00pm and out to the bathroom. They are ready for bed at 7:00pm with a quick bathroom break and go in their crates for the night. If you are out in the evening, they can stay in the tv room until you get back. They are not on any medications even though one is 13 and the other one is 11 years old. They are very easy to care for although the little black dog can be a little fussy during meals but she will adapt.
