Conveniently located in the Mirasol community in San Antonio at Lake Chapala, this 2 bedroom/2 bath home boasts a modern kitchen, washer/dryer, and covered screened patio. High speed internet supplied by TotalPlay. Netflix & American TV channels are available. There are bus stops 1 block away but most everything is in walking distance.  Previously booked house sitter had to ancel at the last minute due to a medical emergency.

Responsibilities

One cat & dog in residence.  They have automatic waterers & feeders and have access to the outside back yard through pet doors.  Both are getting raw food at the evening meal but if you are out no problem.  They can eat their dry food.   The dog will need to be walked once a day to the nearby park in the morning & around the neighborhood late afternoon.  On Friday, you will have to let in the maid, but you do not have to stay.  She can let herself out.

Cat is an indoor/outdoor cat.  No litter box cleaning needed.
