Comfy 3 Bdrm Home & 2 Small Poodles to Love! Plus Car!

2 story , 3 bedroom modern Mexican home on a quiet street a few minutes walk to buses to Chapala & Ajijic, grocery stores &hospital. Main floor office with Total Play internet, filtered water system, front & back patio areas, all kitchen mod.coms. Big screen smart TV in LR. Washer & Dryer are off the MBR which has air conditioning, en-suite bathroom & wall TV.
Two small poodle sisters 10 years old - house dogs who love to go for short walks several times a day & get rewarded for doing their business! They are happily in their kennel overnight but equally happy to go for their early morning walk . Their groomer comes to the house every 2 weeks.
The only other thing we ask a house sitter to do is water plants when there is no rain & attend to the water treatment system as needed - not difficult. Our house keeper comes to clean weekly - she knows the dogs & house well as she has been with us quite some time!
There is a Suzuki Gran Vitara available if desired - automatic garage door opener.
The dates are the day before we leave at 4:00 AM & the day after we arrive home at 11:00 PM as we are flying to Canada.
Water plants when needed. This will be the rainy season so watering will be only needed at infrequent intervals. FYI: Our rainy season is very often the favorite time of year for people who live here year round. It typically rains at night, with beautiful clear mornings and comfortable temperatures.
Care for water treatment system as needed - easy instructions provided! One is a weekly task which takes about 20 minutes & the other is daily for 5-10 minutes
