I had a lovely stay at Laureen's in SMA. It's a beautiful, modern, contemporary home in a nice neighborhood, and very well located. The bus station is 5mins walk and Centro is 15 mins and generally very convenient and walkable to "everything". The rooftop is amazing, overlooking the historical buildings of Centro on the one side and the country side on the other. What a wonderful house sit. Helena and Jim are very friendly and have a great amount of helpful information and resources in the local area they really want to to enjoy yourself at their beautiful home. Lola the star of show is so easy to look after. She loves her walks and toys and enjoys curling up and getting tummy rub time. It was lovely to stay at Marc and Paulette's and take care of Fiona, Brindle and Nikko. They really went above board to make me feel welcome in their home. They ensured I would be comfortable in the home and in the area and showed me around. They picked me up at the bus (and waited even though it was quite late without any consternation) and dropped me off when I was leaving. I think this is very helpful when one is in a new place. They do get super excited when it is walk time and have a lot of energy so one needs to be strong. Nikko is being trained though ( he's still a puppy) so I am guessing they might not pull as much for the next sit. There are also a lot of lovely plants inside and outside! What I appreciated most was their understanding and approach that the sitter is also doing them a favor and we are all helping each other. It's nice to have made new friends and hope to see them again. Thank you Paulette and Marc!

This was my first sit on this site and I have to say it was such a wonderful experience. Gloria was very hospitable and welcoming. She picked me up from the Centro when I arrived, took me to breakfast and then we drove around to make me familiar to the Chapala and Ajijic area. Gloria's home is beautiful and very comfortable. The house is about 20 mins outside of Chapala. Gloria recognizes the location and does provide a car for the sitter's use. And there is a also a convenient bus service from there. Bella is the sweetest dog! I really had a great time with her. She always wanted to be around wherever I went. She thoroughly loves her walks even though she is not able to go too far or too fast these days. I still think of her a lot and miss her! I hope to see both Gloria and Bella in the near future.

I'm not great with words so I can't possible express how grateful I am to Jordyn for watching my boys while I traveled. My cats are new to Mexico and our house. Given all the changes, the transition hasn't been smooth but because of Jordyn I was able to focus on my trip and not worry about them. Charlie and Rigsy were great cats to care for! Before Tish left for her trip, she went over everything with me including medication that needed to be given. Everything was easy and she answered any questions while she traveled. Her new apartment was in a private gated community that conveniently had a pool and a small gym. She was very nice to go through the facilities and the cat-care with me and share her home. Thanks Tish!

Julia & Keith were GREAT! They took care of our little dog, Butchie, for 5 days, were always checking in and sending photos. They came a day early to see our apartment and were very conscientious and are real "dog people", so relaxed and easygoing. Everything was clean and in order when we returned. We would definitely welcome them back at any time.

We loved our house/dogsit with Butchie. He was the sweetest guy and has surely spoiled us for our future dogs. He loved his little scratches and was always happy to go for his walks, and just as happy to go back upstairs. He's a snuggler, for sure. The apartment was great. Comfortable and centrally located. The neighbors are so nice and helpful. Jane and Roger left us feeling very comfortable with our responsibilities. We hope to spend more time with Butcher in the furure!

Gary and Peggy are warm, friendly, and generous people, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have met them. Their sprawling hacienda lies in a gated community. It is modern, with a large, screened "palapa", and the "azotea" (roof top) offers a grand view of the sea. The cats were easy to look after. The two weeks we spent as their guests were great. Thank you Gary and Peggy!

We had the pleasure to take care of Dena and Robert beautiful colonial house plus their cat Soto and 3 little bird for a week. Dena and Robert are great hosts and took the time to show us around the house and city. They gave us every information needed and were very helpful and easy to contact during our stay in their house. The house is really well located with an amazing view of San Miguel.

We had a great time at Barbara's lovely house in La Paz, we very much enjoyed meeting her and staying with Rafi and Sofie. They were very nice little dogs and we very much enjoyed our excursions with them. Barbara was very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our time with her before she left on her trip. We had Janak house site for us for 10 days.. He arrived a few days early to get familiar with us & the dogs He did a fantastic job watch our 3 street dogs we adopted. Each weighing in the 60 lb range. We were very happy with how respectful & helpful he was with helping cook and clean up. My house was clean when we arrived back home & the dogs really enjoyed their time with him. He is a low key guy who we really enjoyed being around & now someone we call our friend.
