• Beautiful San Miguel home with large outdoor spaces!  Great views. Peaceful Antigua Residential, a gated community in the Los Frailles neighborhood. The house has two levels plus a rooftop terrace.  Comfortable furniture, excellent WiFi, a large TV with Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, etc. Washer and dryer. Great walking neighborhood with 2 pools, a gym, and a free neighborhood shuttle to shopping and downtown. A city bus stop is 10 minutes away. Taxis and Ubers are easily available and very reasonable.
  
  One 17 year old cat, Hazel is healthy and easy to care for. She uses a litter box that needs to be cleaned daily. Two energetic yellow lab mix dogs ages 8 and 10. Ginger and Huey. They need a daily walk for exercise and fun. They have a great back yard with stairs from there leading down into a gorgeous grotto like canal that is a much loved place to walk. We have a dog door so they can come and go out as needed. Dog poop is cleaned daily. Pets are fed twice daily, at around 8:00 and 5:00ish. They can be left home for long stretches of time after their walk and between meals, so you can enjoy Guanajuato.
  
  You'll have your own guest suite with full bathroom and king size bed.  We will leave coffee, tea, and basic staples for you. We have a great market in our neighborhood and bigger stores within a mile. Water is delivered every Monday. Garbage is collected at the house.

Responsibilities

• Must be in good physical condition to handle two well behaved 60 lb dogs. Dogs require one good walk for exercise every day.


• Feed twice a day. Keep water bucket clean and filled.


• Keep cat water bowl filled, and clean litter box daily. She has a bowl of dry food always available and gets some wet food at mealtimes too.


• Lots of love and attention is needed.


• After their breakfast and a good walk for the dogs, the pets can be left until dinner. After dinner and some love, they can be left alone in the evening if you want to go out.


• Very sweet, easy pets!  We’ll need a few outdoor shrubs watered with the close by hose every morning.
