Charming 2 story Mexican Style house in centrally located, residential, friendly, Colonia Acapatzingo, Cuernavaca.  Known as ¨the city of eternal spring¨ since the times of the Aztecs, it is 2 hours from the international airport and 1 hour 45 minutes from Mexico City at an altitude of 5000 feet.

This house has whimsical and unique art throughout, a fully equipped remodelled kitchen, lots of light, windows and doors. It has a swimming pool, terrace and beautiful garden with fountain, private parking for 2 cars, and quiet neighbors. With high speed internet, TV with Thunder (hundreds of channels, movies etc), washing machine and located in a gated privada of 3 houses, this is a little Gem of a house!

Walking distance to Zocolo and historic center, supermarket, large mexican open aire market, neighborhood gourmet and Mexican restaurants, Parque Ecologico.

Cuernavaca is full of good restaurants, boutique and artesania shopping, interesting museums and historical sites, with lots to do and see. Nearby Tepotzlan is an exotic little town easily accessible and 45 minutes away. Taxco, known for it¨s beautiful silver jewelry is 90 minutes away. Cuernavaca is a very user friendly city easy to get around with Didi, Uber etc, plentiful and cheap taxis and buses, private drivers. This house is close to the bus terminal. Cuernavaca also offers readily available excellent healthcare.

Although not as picturesque as San Miguel de Allende or Lake Chapala, Cuernavaca is a truly unique and magical place. Both Mexicans and expats are warm and inclusive.

The house is non-smoking and comes with 2 affectionate, female cats. It is not appropriate for children.

Responsibilities

Cats are your Primary responsiblity: The cats Must stay Inside the house at night when it gets dark. They should be let out into the yard in the early morning when it gets light. They are allowed to come in and out of the house as they wish all day long; I leave the kitchen door open for them to do that. They are Not Allowed to leave the yard and go out into the Common Area of the 3 houses.  Put their cat food outside in the morning, and then bring it inside and away Out of reach when the cats come in just before it gets dark. They eat Full Life Adult Cat food..  They drink a Lot of water both when they are inside and outside, so make sure it is easily available.  They need to have their cat litter box refreshed daily.  Canela needs a lot of hugs and kisses.

House Security is Sitter´s second responsibility: Make sure that the house is secure whenever you go out. Lock the 3 gates to the street. Activate the alarm system and deactivate it when you return.

Yard: There is an automatic sprinkler system for the yard, but the sitter needs to water the flowerpots daily.

Common area: The walkway only, needs to be swept so that it looks neat. The other 2 houses have other responsibilities for the upkeep of the Common area, but sweeping will be the responsibility of the sitter.

The sitter may need to pay the electric or the water bill in person. The electric bill can be paid at the local market, Super Chedraui. The water bill can be paid at any nearby OXXO. Money will be left for that. I will leave some money for the Sitter to pay the housekeeper and the gardener, and for emergencies. This money is for these purposes Only and is not for spending money for the Sitter.

All food and beverages, and transportation are the responsibility of the Sitter.

A housekeeper and gardener will be scheduled beforehand by me. If the sitter would like more attention, those extra times will be the financial responsibility of the Sitter.

Other guests of the Sitter are not allowed.

Some basic daily transactional Spanish is highly recommended.
