Sze has a wonderful home she had built herself right on the lake. The view and property are stunning! Although her post states she is in Jojotepec, I wanted to mention that she is a mere 100 peso taxi ride or short bus trip from central Ajijic.
Unfortunately, our plans were cut short by an act of nature and an urgent back surgery. Sze communicated with me about all changes in a clear and timely matter. She even offered her casita for me to stay in if needed.
As for the pets, they are lovely! Naru is the pup. He was a bit skittish at first, but warmed up to me by the second day. For a large dog, he is very responsive and easy to handle. Viva has got to be the softest cat i have ever had the pleasure of petting and Leo was a sweetheart too.
I have no qualms about recommending this sit to anyone. The area and weather along with the lake are worth the trip.
