Beautiful Villa in Tulum…Cat Care Needed for 12 Days

Hola! We’re looking for a compassionate, loving and responsible pet sitter to care for our beloved 3 cats while we’re away.
Our private villa in Tulum, Mexico. Two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,946 square feet of indoor space. Our villa is situated within the safe residential community of FloraFauna close walking distance to great restaurants and shops in the downtown pueblo and a 15 minute taxi ride to the beach. Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, A/C, ceiling fans, private yard with salt water pool, patio for dining alfresco, and many other superior quality elements. This has been our full time residence for the past 7 years. No vehicle provided. 1 bike is available. Small markets and restaurants are an easy and safe walk or bike ride from the villa, and taxi's or private drivers are available for hire. Tomato MX (like Grubhub and Doordash) is a food service from local restaurants delivered right to your door. We also have several wonderful neighbors who are here to support you!
We have three extremely friendly and easy going felines ranging in age from 5 to 14. Enzo; (14) our grey haired tabby/Russian blue and the master of the house who always has a lot to say! Otis; (6) our orange tabby who's extremely curious, and Paco; (5) our Maine Coon mix and gentle giant!
We're looking for a responsible and dependable single or couple who will treat our villa and our cats like their own. Ideally, we would prefer that you arrive in Tulum on Feb. 24th so that we can all get acquainted and you can begin to settle in. We arrive back in Tulum around 3p.m. on March 8th, so you are welcome to leave our casa anytime after you've fed our babies and cleaned their litter box that morning.
Parties, additional guests, smoking/vaping not allowed.

Responsibilities
Feeding our felines, brushings, treat giving, litter box changing, and giving them plenty of love and affection daily. General cleaning and care of our villa, but a housekeeper comes for a thorough cleaning every Tuesday from 10:30a.m to 2p.m. (You do not need to be home) They have been with us for 6 years and are extremely trustworthy. They are a husband and wife team and they are like family.We're looking for a responsible and dependable single or couple who will treat our villa and our cats like their own.
