We feel very blessed to have been chosen to care for Chester and Calle in Patzcuaro. My partner, Dennis, and I immediately connected with Henriette and Basil and we found that we have much in common. From the start, we had two video calls and we were invited to arrive early to meet the pups and get a feel for the home and responsibilities. We were entrusted with their vehicle in order to carry out the daily responsibilities of caring for and walking Chester and Calle and this gesture of trust meant a great deal to us. The house had everything we possibly needed to feel comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook daily. After our morning walks, we often all sat together on the patio while I groomed both Chester and Calle as they basked in the sun. We would LOVE to return to care for Chester and Calle some day. We are SO grateful for the experience and the trust. Caring for Chester and Calle was a wonderful experience – they are adorable pups! We feel that we have made some wonderful new friends.
