Cindy and John were awesome house and pet sitters! We have one dog who requires special medications, and 2 cats that have to be fed differently. John contacted us while we were gone to clarify one of the foods, so I really appreciated his conscientiousness.
They left the house clean and laundered their sheets and towels, a nice surprise! John even changed several light bulbs, one of which was broken at the base and needed to be removed carefully.
They drove their car here and had to navigate past massive highway blockages created by farmers who were demonstrating for higher prices for their corn. Tractors blocked roads everywhere and backed up traffic for miles, day after day. John contacted me several days ahead to assure me that they were monitoring the situation and would be sure to come even if they had come by air instead of driving. I truly appreciated their commitment to us.
We highly recommend John and Cindy and we hope they will come back to house sit for us again!
