The Home is spacious, secure, and exceptionally comfortable. The property features stunning double-height ceilings with brick Bovada details, a fully updated modern kitchen with an island, and fantastic outdoor spaces including a covered lounge patio and a stunning lap pool.
The Dogs: Luna & Papi Your priority will be Luna (the larger mix) and Papi (the smaller mix), who are the absolute heart of this home.

Sit Requirements
- Accommodations: ground-floor bedrooms (one with a Murphy bed, one with a heavy futon) and two full bathrooms. Master suite with attached bathroom on 1st floor.
- Amenities: Whole-house water filtration, reverse osmosis at the kitchen tap, and rooftop solar panels.
- Location: Situated in the quiet Colonia La Lejona neighborhood. It is an easy walk to City Market or La Comer, less than a mile from San Antonio, and less than a block from a convenient bus line.
The Dogs: Luna & Papi Your priority will be Luna (the larger mix) and Papi (the smaller mix), who are the absolute heart of this home.
- Luna: Smart, sweet, and affectionate. She has a boisterous, loud, and highly energetic greeting when you first walk through the door, but she is entirely non-aggressive. Once her initial excitement passes, she settles into a calm, cuddly companion.
- Papi: Equally sweet and loves attention—especially if Luna is getting some! Both are beautifully behaved once the "you're home!" energy subsides.
- Training Style: we use positive reinforcement. When the dogs get over-excited, we ask that you turn away and withhold attention until they sit or settle, rewarding only their calm behavior. We need sitters who are comfortable maintaining this method and are unfazed by Luna’s initial energy.
Sit Requirements
- Provide one walk a day (two if you are able).
- Feed the dogs twice a day.
- Ensure the dogs are not left alone for more than 5 hours at a stretch.
- Maintain the home (keep things tidy inside and out), water plants, and pick up dog waste daily.
- Be present on Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. to let the pool cleaner in.
