Tranquil lifestyle in a quiet community yet close enough to San Miguel to enjoy all that this vibrant enclave has to offer. No WIFI supplied. we are located off of the road to Patria winery. We currently have a front gate to access the entire community and it requires a clicker. Therefore it is difficult to have a taxi or uber come to the house for pick up as they would be stuck at the gate until someone opens it. It is not a close walk from our house to the gate, and walking the community is not really recommended bcz of wild dogs in the campo. Thus a car would be required. There are plans for the gate situation to be resolved, and we are hopeful, however, it’s México…. And, all community members will need to agree on the fix. So not guaranteed. This is important in your consideration.

Responsibilities

To maintain house cleanliness and security, overnight presence required.  Maintain respectful relations with neighbours. Check to confirm auto watering system is working.
